Adrian Reetz is a post-doctoral research fellow with a background in Human-computer Interaction. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Saskatchewan where he worked under the supervision of Dr. Carl Gutwin. He is currently investigating the relationship between stress and HCI: what are its effects on human performance in digital systems?, how can interaction designers exploit eustress (positive stress) to improve people’s performance?; and how can interaction designers use gamefication to mitigate the effects of occupational stress.
